The on-site service is available for orders of $1,000 or more. $100 per hour for service with a minimum of 2 hours (30-minute setup, 30-minute breakdown, and 1-hour service). Travel fees apply depending on location of event. Plates, utensils, napkins, and buns are included.
We will do our best to accommodate any request. All catering orders need to be placed at least 48 hours in advanced to give us enough time to source our supplies and smoke your meats fresh. The sooner you can place your order the better. For the on-site service please contact us far in advance since we do travel around a lot for different events, and we book up fast.
